Lije?nici su u suvremenom, globaliziranom europskom okruženju postali najamnici. Koliko su potpla?eni govori primjerice ova ?injenica: Za 4 vikend držurstva u jednoj zemlji, može se zaraditi višestruko više nego za redoviti rad u drugoj, a sve u istoj “državi” Europskoj uniji. piše jutarnji, Majka dvoje djece, koja ima vlastitu ordinaciju, za ?etiri odra?ene doktorske “šihte” u dva dana ku?i odlazi bogatija za 2230 eura.
Primamljivo? Pa kad se uzme u obzir da se u Hrvatskoj radi za 1000 eura mjesec dana puno radno vrijeme, a da se za isti “set” dežurstava može dobiti nekih 5-6 tisu?a kuna, dolazimo do ne baš situaciju koju imaju Poljaci, ali nismo ni mi daleko.
Hrvatska je usvajaju?i EU zakone potpisala isto što su Irci morali potpisati pred niz godina, a što Njemce ?eka za godinu dana - ograni?enje dežurstava na maksimum 48 sati tjedno. Dvodnevna “šihta” je u toj kvoti, a i redovit rad tako?er - ali zajedno su svakako iznad te kvote.
E sad, pitam ja vas - koji bi posao napustili? Onaj, gdje imate 1000 eura za 5 dana u tjednu, ili onaj gdje imate 2230 eura za dva dana? Što vam je isplatljivije, na dugi rok?
Danas ljudi stanuju i žive u Bratislavi i svakodnevno idu na posao u Be?. Jeftinije je živjeti u Slova?koj, a zara?ivati u Austriji nego živjeti uz posao. Lete?i doktori su vrhunac ove globalizirane europe.
No kad svi lije?nici pohrle trbuhom za kruhom, jer su ako rade samo u lokalnim zajednicima gladni kruha, gdje ?e i?i taj naš zdravstveni sustav?
Nedavno je bila anketa o zadovoljstvom lije?enju. Piše Metro express (4.10.2006, str. 2) : “U bolni?koj zdravstvenoj zaštiti ocjenu 5 pruženoj zdravstvenoj zaštiti tijekom boravka u bolnici dalo je 63 posto anketiranih pacijenata, ocjenu 4 dalo je 23 posto, ocjenu 3 dalo je 8 posto, ocjenu 2 dalo je 2 posto, a ocjenu 1 tek 1 posto anketiranih”. U primarnoj zdravstvenoj zaštiti - jako su zadovoljni (95,6 posto) ?uvanjem povjerljivih podataka, sli?no spremnoš?u sestre da pomogne i “poštivanjem radnog vremena”, dok je u ruralnim podru?jima najve?i problem - dostupnost ambulante javnim privozom i medicinska opremljenost ordinacije!
Dakle, kampanja “ljubaznost je osnova svakog lije?enja” ciljala je na to da se “popravi” ono što je i tako najbolje funkcioniralo, dok se o takvim stvarima kao što je dostupnost osnovne mreže i posebice pitanje zastarjele medicinske tehnologije - a za što svakako nisu odgovorni oni koji su tek najamnici, ve? vlasnik - ocjenjeno kao glavni problem.
Stvarni problemi su malo drugdje nego što to politika prikazuje uz medije. Isto?noeuropski lije?nici - najamnici, vikend gasterbajteri - to je mjesto koje im je “stara” europa namjenila u novom poretku.
Trbuhom za kruhom, ili glad u svojoj zemlji - to je sudbina intelektualca i visoko educiranog profesionalca…
